Location: Yackandandah
Rego Open time both days: 8:30 am
Start Time: 10am to 10:20am – All 50km and 25km classes. You can either start with the fast flock at 10 am or wait for some space and have a relaxed start with your mates – you just have to be rolling before 10:20 am.
Weekend overview
A mini-stage race weekend with two Shifty Fifty rounds to open the season!
Saturday will be the traditional Hard Yacka whilst Sunday will see the very first race on the brand-new Indigo Epic Trail. Friday night activities are also to be featured this is a weekend not to miss
Course Description: An amazing 25km loop on the Yak Tracks just out of the town of Yackandandah.
This journey will take you through many different types of lush bush with amazing flowing trails, easy climbing, and ripping fun descents.
Don’t forget – eMTBs are 100% welcome, they even have their own start time and podium!

- Course Distance – 28.5KMS (1 lap)
- Course Elevation Gain – 521m
SHIFTY FIFTY
- Course Distance – 50KMS (2 laps)
- Course Elevation Gain – 1,011m.
PRICING
- Up to 4 weeks before – $80 ends 25 Feb
- Up to 2 weeks before – $85 ends 4 March
- Within 2 weeks of the event – $90 ends 15 March
- Entries after Wed 15 March – $100 (you can enter the day of the race also)
You DO NOT need to be an AusCycling member to ride or race the Shifty Fifty series.
