RACE INFORMATION

Date: Saturday, 28 May 2022
Location: Yackandandah
Rego Open time: 8:30 am
Start Time: 10am to 10:20am – All 50km and 25km classes. You can either start with the fast flock at 10 am or wait for some space and have a relaxed start with your mates – you just have to be rolling before 10:20 am.

Course Description: An amazing 25km loop on the Yak Tracks just out of the town of Yackandandah.
This journey will take you through many different types of lush bush with amazing flowing trails, easy climbing, and ripping fun descents.

Don’t forget – eMTBs are 100% welcome, they even have their own start time and podium!

Course Elevation Gain – 521m

SHIFTY FIFTY

Course Distance – 50KMS (2 laps)
Course Elevation Gain – 1,011m.

PRICING

Up to 4 weeks before – $80 ends 16 April
Up to 2 weeks before – $85 ends 1 May
Within 2 weeks of the event – $90 ends 25 May
Entries after Wed 25 May – $100 (you can enter the day of the race also)

THE DIRTY YACK GRAVEL GRIND

Starting from the Yackandandah Sports Park right in town on Sunday 29 May, ‘The Dirty Yack’ course takes in some stunning roads and views as your adventure gets over to Mt Stanley before coming home. This is hardly a 50km event, since you can pretty much roll home… Well, not quite but there certainly is a lot of great descending on the way back. But what comes down, must have gone up and about 5kms into the day I am not going to lie, there is a slight bump in the road.

Grit your teeth, it’s fully worth it.
